Addiction to HK Fried Noodles...

I don't know when and where it started but all I know is that it is delicious. When I discovered the HK fried noodles, I thought every cart that I will find have the same tastes. But the sauces make that huge difference. And after tasting 5 different flavors from 5 different carts, I made my choice. My verdict is to stay with Ching's HongKong Style Fried Noodles. It's simply the best when you have a little chili and combination of Korean, oyster and Teriyaki sauce.
