I'm just so happy to discover that not all people in the government are corrupt. Well... it's the same logic that not all people are bad at all. These people simply believe that it's all part of their genuine, lingkod-bayan service. My building permit has been released today and I would like to commence the City Engineering of Valenzuela for speedy, courteous, cheerful and honest service.
